Return Policy

  • Earrings, skincare, consumables, and sale items are final sale
  • For all other products we offer STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days
  • Returns must arrive at our shop within 14 days of your purchase date
  • Upon receipt, your return will be processed within 5 business days
  • Tracking recommended as we are unable to issue credit for lost packages
  • All items must be in original condition and returned with original packaging otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be applied
  • Please ship your return to our Campbell shop and include the following info in the package: your first and last name, email, phone #, date of purchase

Refused packages

Orders that are returned due to a refusal to accept the package during a delivery attempt will be processed as a return and a 25% restocking fee will be applied

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package has been scanned as delivered, theft is outside of our control so we encourage you ship your package to a secure location. If a package goes missing we are unable to recoup the value and therefore unable to issue a credit.
