Return Policy

Due to the nature of our small business we are not accepting online returns, with the exception of full price apparel. If you'd like to make an exchange or return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to shopredemption@gmail.com 
Once approved, please ship your return within 3 days to:

Include the following info in the package: your first and last name, email, phone #, date of purchase, order #

Once we receive your return and if item(s) meet return criteria, we will refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Tracking recommended as we are unable to issue credit for lost packages

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet this criteria may be refused or have a 25% restocking fee applied

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item and we will try to resolve it

Refused Packages
Orders that are returned due to a refusal to accept the package during a delivery attempt will be processed as a return and a 25% restocking fee will be applied
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been scanned as delivered, theft is outside of our control so we encourage you ship your package to a secure location. If a package goes missing we are unable to recoup the value and therefore unable to issue a credit.
