We encourage you to use a secure ship-to address as once a package has been scanned as delivered to you, we will be unable to issue a credit or replacements for lost or stolen packages. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged and we will do our best to resolve it.
Due to the nature of our small business, we are offering store credit or exchange for full price apparel only. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, in the original condition and packaging, and with tags attached. To start the process, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will respond within 3 business days with further instructions on where to ship your return. Tracking is highly recommended as we are unable to issue credit for lost packages. We appreciate your understanding!
