Refund policy

Due to the nature of our small business, we offer store credit or exchange for full price apparel only. Your item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging with tags attached. To request a return email shopredemption@gmail.com w/in 7 days of receiving your order and we will respond within 3 business days with further instructions on where to ship your return. Tracking is highly recommended as we are unable to issue credit for lost packages. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged and we will do our best to resolve it. Please use a secure ship-to address as once a package has been scanned as delivered, we are unable to issue a credit or replacement for lost or stolen packages.
